🔁 Return & Refund Policy – JacketSeries

Overview

At JacketSeries, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags intact.

đŸš« Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

📩 Return Requirement

To complete your return, we require:

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

⚠ Partial Refund Situations

Only partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  • Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Any item returned after 30 days of delivery

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again
  2. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Next, contact your bank — processing time may vary
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at {email address}

🔄 Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged

If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at {support@jacketseries.com} 

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit equal to the return value
  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

🚚 Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: {support@jacketseries.com}

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged items may vary.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
